- Updating of all employee information into databases/ HRMS.
- Facilitate tie-ups for background verification and execute the same for each employee
- Payroll and Compliance co-ordination
- Generation of letters – offer/appointment, annual increment, promotions, etc
- Provide Employee related data on need basis (e.g. during annual appraisal cycle).
- Any other activity pertaining to and already existing as part of HR operations.
- Benefits administration and record keeping.
